Customer Payment and Claim Center

HARCO Insurance Services is dedicated to serving you in your time of need.  There is an agency or insurance carrier claims representative on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve you.
  • Normal Business Hours – To report any insurance claim during normal business hours, you may contact our office at 713-681-2500 and ask for the Claim Department.
  •  Emergency Claims – If an Emergency claim situation arises after business hours, you may contact our office at 713-681-2500 and follow the Emergency Claims Reporting instructions.   The claim representative on duty will contact you at the number you advise.
  • Online Claim Reporting (Clients Only) – If you wish to report your claim online, we will start the claims process for you*    After completing the required fields on the proper form, review the information for accuracy, then use the ‘submit’ button at the bottom of the form to send to our office.    Once the form is reviewed during the next normal business day, our claims representative will contact you to review the form submitted and proceed with the claims process on your behalf.
